Coform

What happens to what you send

You filled in a form on a page built with Coform. Coform is the tool the page was made with; we are not the people running it.

Who has it

Whoever runs that page. It is their business, their page and their enquiry — they decide what to do with what you sent, and they are the people to take it up with. We store it for them and act on their instructions, the way a filing cabinet does.

In practice it goes into the workspace where the page was built, and the people who build there read it. It is not published, and it cannot be read back out of the page itself by anybody.

How long it stays

A form keeps its most recent 500 entries and lets older ones go as new ones arrive. Everything goes when the people who built the page delete it, and they can empty a form whenever they like.

Getting it back

If the page emailed you a confirmation, that email has a link at the bottom that deletes what you sent and stops the page emailing you again. It works without an account and needs nothing from you but the link.

If you did not get one, or the link has expired, ask whoever runs the page — they can remove it. If you cannot reach them, write to office@usefrontierdigital.com and we will pass it on.

Email

A page can only write back to an address you typed into it yourself, and only for 90 days after you typed it. It cannot email anybody else, and it cannot be talked into it. What it says is up to the people running it.

Payments

If the page took a payment, it went to a Stripe account the people running it connected themselves. The charge is on their account and the money is theirs. We never hold it and never see your card.

The longer version, covering everything Coform holds rather than only this, is on our privacy page.
